I live in Florida and my garage is cooled by the central air unit. I need to insulate my garage "ATTIC"
What type of insulation should I use to insulate my garage attic? I need to keep the garage itself as cool as possible. I have one duct that in the garage thats running off of my central air unit. What sort of R value should I go with?

Florida code calls for R 19 in any ceiling. myself i use R 30 with a vapor barrier for better than code results.
