Which is the best place to live in Florida and why

Which is the best place to live in Florida and why?
I am considering moving to Florida, I really want to live somewhere warm. I have spent time in the Tampa bay area and enjoyed it. I am also intrigued by the keys. Where would you recommend living and why?

I don't recommend anywhere in Florida, only because the summers are a scorcher. It's warm here alright.....try HOT! and if you are ok. with the most dangerous lightning in the world, The kind that kills every year, like it killed someone who lived less than a mile away from me in August, then I guess Florida would be ok. with you. I am a born Floridian and have lived here most of my life, and I'm actually looking forward to getting out of here in the next few years. My fiance is from New England and want to go back home. too. I am much more comfortable with the cold weather then that kind of hot that we get here. It is a miserable hot, and it can make you feel ill. After taking a shower, you sweat, so you never feel really clean and refreshed. You can never shed enough clothes, but you can dress in layers to stay warm enough. I wanted to mention that my grandparents are from PA. and they came down to visit in the summer one year. They couldn't stand the heat and left early. They never came back again! Florida is not all what it is cracked up to be. I can tell you one of the nicest cities is St. Augustine. But there are others; that is just one of my favorite places, There are pretty beaches on the panhandle as well. The keys are too far out there and it is a nice relaxing getaway but not the best area to live. Check this out though, it is 32 degrees here right now and the part of MA where my fiance is from is 29 degrees, so it's pretty darn cold here for Florida right now. Oh, and did I not mention the crime here? very bad. And the schools suck too, unless you are seeking higher education, such as a college / university. There are alot of people that have moved here and then decided they want to go back wherever they came from. My fiance is one of those people, but we are stuck here until we can sell the house.

I live in Florida do I have to have a fence around my above ground pool

I live in Florida do I have to have a fence around my above ground pool?
Florida law states that " For above-ground pools, the structure of the above-ground pool can be the barrier if all the other requirements are met. However, the stairs or ladder to access the pool must be secured, locked or removed." I'd just like to confirm this before buying a pool, I called the local offices and they aren't picking up today. Anyone have any experience with this?

You need to prove residency to file for divorce, so you'll have to file in Florida. The law: No court shall grant a divorce to any person who has not been a bona fide resident of this state for six months before the filing of the petition for divorce, provided that any person who has been a resident of any United States army post or military reservation within this state for one year next preceding the filing of the petition may bring an action for divorce in any county adjacent to the United States army post or military reservation; and provided, further, that a nonresident of this state may file a petition for divorce, in the county of residence of the respondent, against any person who has been a resident of this state and of the county in which the action is brought for a period of six months prior to the filing of the petition. (Georgia Code - Sections: 19-5-5)
