The individual or company that profits owes the federal income tax, regardless of the location of its vendors(suppliers). Also, about state income taxes...consult the Florida State Income Tax Law since you may owe these taxes as well. New Hampshire for instance has no State Income Tax. And finally, you certainly may deduct from your gross profit, the ordinary expenses you incurred while turning a profit, such as your cost of the lingerie.

Negative. Same as purchasing via the net.

What is the best place to live Florida or California or somewhere else

What is the best place to live Florida or California or somewhere else?
I live in Portugal and right now i am freezing... of course is not like the northern countries, snow is very rare here, but i hate cold weather, specially winters. I love sun, warm, hot summer everydays. I would like to know if there is a place in The US or other that has warm weather all year round and with good schools and public transportation if possible...and of course the disadvantages..thanks

San Francisco Bay Area in California, there are many Portuguese's in San Jose, Fremont area,http://www.bayareavisit.com/ Miami, Ft Lauderdale in Florida, and more affordable but with humid weather during June to Oct

Depending on what you're looking for. If you want night life, young people all year long and the beach, then Miami can be a good choice. Orlando is nice as well, receiving a lot of tourists due to the attraction parks. If you're looking for a quieter place, then counties like Polk and Suwannee are great places, quiet and warm. Lakeland and Pembroke Pines are also nice medium-sized towns. One thing for sure: the weather is not the one of Europe, any place where you decide to live.

I live in So Cal, and if you like the sun, the beach, and really fake drama filled people it is the place for you. (IM MOVING)

Florida! The water in California is too cold!!
3 :
Cali of course. There are too many bugs in Florida(and snakes too).
4 :
I haven't lived in either, or visited either (yet). But, you also have the toss up between hurricanes or earth quakes which some say that one big one comes also Cali will be gone, and Nevada will have new ocean front property.
5 :
From a climate standpoint I would consider the coastal areas from central to southern California and all of Florida to be ideal places to live but if you like saltwater the Gulf of Mexico side of Florida would be a winner due to the warm water. From a cost of living standpoint (including taxes) I would consider Florida to be better by far. From an employment point of view I would also put Florida above California as I believe the current unemployment rate in California is about 10%.

America as a whole is going to the dogs if you ask me, but I'd prefer Florida. -California- Pros: Less morons and less hurricanes. Cons: Occasional earthquakes, rampant homosexuality, immigration is taking over, insane prices for everything, gangsters that bribe the police force. -Florida- Pros: Nice housing, no earthquakes. Cons: Tornadoes and hurricanes that destroy everything, corruption and drugs, home to some very unintelligent people. All in all, both places have to be among the worst places to live in this country, I wouldn't recommend either of them.
7 :
california, totally!!
8 :
Well...it depends. You should probably try studying about each place and then decide! ;)
9 :
Definitly Florida. California is disgusting. I hate it. And I know all cities have crime, but none quite like LA, if you were thinking about that...
10 :
They're both really nice, but California approves of gayness so, I would choose Florida.
11 :
California --all the way

Neither. Houston, Texas is the best. And I am guessing your inner self knew that. Why else would you post that question in the "Houston" section??? ;-)

lol to mizzhollywood: if you dislike california, why do you have hollywood in your name? anywho, california is going through some problems right now but if you don't mind that, WELCOME TO MY STATE!

Let's face it, you don't have topsoil. The hot climate quickly consumes organic matter unlike what the folks up north have. So instead you will be looking for compost. What is sold in your area will vary greatly. Some will be nothing more than manure added to more sand. But true compost is made by the decomposition of organic matter. The product is idea of sandy soils like yours since it not only holds water, it also provides cation exchange sites for mineral/nutrient transfer sand just can't do. In other words, add fertilizer and without the CE sites, the fertilizer just washes away. Also your soils are high in pH. You'll need to add soil sulfur to help lower the akalinity. http://solutionsforyourlife.ufl.edu/lawn_and_garden/getting_started/ You should have a soil test done thru Florida State/Cooperative Extension Service, but I suspect if you just called your extension office, they could tell you exactly how much compost and soil sulfur you need. http://solutionsforyourlife.ufl.edu/map/ The wet site above with "lawn_and_garden" will give you more detailed info on working in your sand box
